Key Features
1. Advanced Multi-Procedure Capability
Our chamber underpins all three basic methods sketched out in the standard:
· Procedure I (Rain and Blowing Rain): Highlights high-powered blower framework producing wind speeds up to 18m/s
· Procedure II (Overstated Rain): Mimics overwhelming precipitation and storm conditions
· Procedure III (Dribble): Exact water bead testing for fixed walled in area validation
2. Precision Control Systems
· Rainfall Rate Observing: Coordinates stream meters and rain gages give closed-loop feedback
· Water Temperature Control: Keeps up particular temperature differential between water and test specimens
· 360° Test Introduction: Movable trickle container and comprehensive spout cluster guarantee uniform water distribution
· Rotating Stage: 1-7 rpm turntable with tall stack capacity for total surface exposure
3. Professional Grade Components
· Specialized Shower Spouts: Planned to correct MIL-STD determinations for appropriate bead measure and distribution
· Water Circulation Framework: Progressed filtration and distribution keeps up water quality whereas preserving resources
· Multi-Layer Fixing: Avoids research facility flooding with strong entryway seals and quick seepage system
· Safety Integration: Water-electrical partition, electromagnetic entryway locks, and overpressure protection
Operating Principle
The MIL STD 810 G Rain Test Chamber operates on the following principles:
1. The test product is secured in the chamber test space.
2. Test parameters are entered on the HMI, including rainfall rate, wind speed, water temperature, and duration.
3. Upon test initiation, rain simulation, wind generation, and heating activate based on the programmed cycle.
4. Sensors monitor test conditions throughout the duration.
5. At completion, the product is checked for water penetration based on MIL-STD- 810H standards.
6. The control system records data for detailed test reports.
7. The chamber drains and dries between tests.
