LIB Industry ozone aging chamber is used to test electrical and electronic products, electroplating products and a variety of gold and silver products of electroplating protective layer, is used to assess the material and its protective layer of corrosive gas resistance ability, as well as similar protective layer process quality comparison.
Workroom
The material of other ozone aging chamber' workroom is stainless steel, but for corrosion machine, we use stainless steel + glass fiber, effectively enhance the corrosion resistance and extend the life of the machine.
Gas Sensor
Gas sensors are highly accurate and easy to replace. Also, we have made special treatment for it, which is not easy to be corroded under high humidity.
Gas Exhaust Tank
The SO2 exhaust unit is equipped with a tank of NaOH solution for harmless treatment of SO2 through chemical reaction.
WATER RECIRCULATION SYSTEM
Water recirculation system, saving water while reducing the need for plumbing, as well as avoiding frequent water changes by testers.
WATER RE-CIRCULATION
Water purifier: Mainly purifies from the water source to the water tank.
It is recommended to replace the cartridge once a year.
COOLING SYSTEM
The standard refrigerants are environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23 from french brand DuPont.
COOLING SYSTEM
Noxious Gas Flow Chamber adopts mechanical refrigeration, equipped with two TECUMSEH compressors, high refrigeration power.
The door frame is fitted with a double silicone seal made of hard silicone with better corrosion resistance.
Each machine is subjected to strict airtightness testing for many times before leaving the factory.
Door lock is an electromagnetic lock, which will generate a strong suction force and tightly attract the iron plate to lock the door.
Unlocking is operated on the controller for safety and prevent malfunction.
